Lori Jeanne Costanzo is a dedicated attorney and the founder of Costanzo Law Firm in San Jose, California. With over 30 years of experience in civil litigation, Lori has established herself as a formidable advocate in a variety of practice areas, including contract disputes, employment law, labor and employment, and personal injury. Licensed to practice in both state and federal courts, she has successfully managed complex civil actions, including jury and bench trials, and has represented clients vigorously in mediation and arbitration. Since 1989, Lori has been a champion for those in need, particularly in matters of employment discrimination and wrongful termination. Her commitment to justice is reflected in her role as a Judge Pro Tem in Santa Clara County, as well as a Mediator and Early Neutral Evaluator on the Santa Clara County Superior Court Panel. She is also passionate about building her private mediation practice. Beyond her legal work, Lori is actively engaged in her community, serving on the Women Lawyers Executive Committee and the Labor and Employment Executive Committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She was appointed by Supervisor Susan Ellenberg to the County Equal Access to Employment Commission and has contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University School of Law. Lori is also involved with several nonprofit organizations, including Latinas Contra Cancer and the Pro Bono Project/Silicon Valley, further demonstrating her commitment to advocacy and community service. Lori earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
