My clientele is diverse and ranges from national organizations and industry groups, to serving as general counsel for local non-profit organizations. I craft estate plans for individuals with complex trusts and also those who require simple wills, as well as assiting the heirs of estates and trusts in administering and enforcing estate plans. I help form and administer employor-sponsored retirement plans for organizations with as few as 3 employees to over 100 employees.
