About
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr. Han was an associate with a mid-size New York law firm, focusing primarily on commercial and securities litigation, appearing and arguing motions before the New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Han also has experience with real estate transactions, having represented sellers, buyers and borrowers. During his time at St John's University School of Law, Ms. Han was part of the St. John's Securities Arbitration Clinic and also received the CALI Excellence Award for Administrative Law. As an undergraduate of Binghamton University, Mr. Han was actively involved with Cammy Lee Leukemia Bone Marrow Drive.
