Landon joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in August 2017 and primarily practices in estate and wealth protection planning. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University in 2014 and graduated Cum Laude from Elon University School of Law in 2017. While at Elon University School of Law, Landon was a student attorney for the North Carolina Innocence Project, the online editor for the Elon Law Review, a member of the Elon Moot Court Board, and a Guardian ad litem for children in foster care. He also worked as an intern doing entity formation for the Elon Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic; employment and landlord-tenant litigation for Legal Aid of North Carolina; and administrative law for the Insurance Division of the North Carolina Department of Justice. Landon has also successfully argued a case before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the decision for which set a statewide precedent affecting inheritance taxes applied to trusts.
