Kyle Bachus is a seasoned attorney based in Denver, Colorado, with over 30 years of experience in Employment Law, Insurance, and Personal Injury. A graduate of the University of Florida, Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1992, following his Bachelor of Science degree in 1989. In 1996, he co-founded Bachus & Schanker, LLC, transforming a modest startup into one of the most respected personal injury law firms in the region. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully expanded its practice areas to include national plaintiff’s litigation for defective medical devices, dangerous drugs, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, and wage and hour class actions. Kyle is particularly proud of his pro bono work, notably assisting emergency medical responders impacted by the 9/11 attacks through the Trial Lawyers Care program. He has also played a pivotal role in shaping important legislation in Colorado, including the Make Whole bill, which protects injury victims from having to reimburse health insurance for medical costs out of their injury settlements. His efforts have earned him recognition as one of the “Top 500 Leading Personal Injury Lawyers in America” by Lawdragon and inclusion in the Colorado Super Lawyers list since its inception.
