Dustin Eric Bergman is a dedicated personal injury attorney based in Denver, Colorado, with a passion for advocating for clients who have suffered due to negligence. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Dustin earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, where he honed his leadership skills as president of both his fraternity and the Reck Club. His commitment to teamwork and tradition was further exemplified through his active involvement in Georgia Tech’s outdoor program and his experience as a machinist in the Mechanical Engineering Prototype Machine Shop. Before pursuing his law degree at the Appalachian School of Law, Dustin gained invaluable life experience working in various roles, including for his uncle’s logging company in northern Minnesota and a concrete framing company in Charleston, South Carolina. Additionally, he trekked 1,000 miles along the Appalachian Trail, demonstrating his resilience and commitment to outdoor exploration. While attending law school, Dustin excelled academically and was a national moot court champion, all while volunteering as a coach for an elementary school Lego Robotics team. After earning his Juris Doctorate, he relocated to Denver with his wife and their two beloved dogs to embark on his legal career.
