About
I am a general civil litigation attorney and managing partner at Bodyfelt Mount in Portland, Oregon. My law practice focuses on product liability, drug and medical device, professional liability, and medical malpractice cases. I have represented physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers in malpractice cases. I have tried several cases to jury verdict, all in my clients’ favor. I am committed to increasing opportunities for underprivileged young women. Since 2004, I have served on the advisory board of Girl Scouts Beyond Bars. I also volunteer for several youth mentoring and dropout prevention programs. Bodyfelt Mount was founded in 1978. The firm’s 11 trial lawyers represent businesses and individuals in litigation involving insurance coverage, professional malpractice, product liability, drug and medical device claims, environmental coverage and defense, employment law, construction defects, trucking and transportation, and complex commercial disputes. Bodyfelt Mount has made a conscious decision to remain small, building its practice around a tightly knit group of attorneys with common interests and a genuine commitment to individual clients and their cases.
