I graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, in 1991, and from Indiana Law School in 1994. I was admitted to the Bar of the State of Indiana in October, 1994. I am admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. Since 1997 I have practiced with the law firm of Allen Wellman McNew, LLP, and I am a partner in the firm. I reside in New Palestine, Indiana.
