Attorney Dillman has been practicing law for 20 years. Her first 10 were spent in the court room fighting for her clients’ rights. She has taken that advocacy experience into her Elder Law practice. When several members of her family needed help navigating the long term care landscape, she was called upon to help them. She learned first hand what it was like to be a caregiver, to obtain VA benefits and nursing home Medicaid for her own family. Through this experience she knows that when families are confronted with the uncertainties associated with paying for long term care and planning for the future of seniors, you need a trusted advisor who has compassion and patience to help guide you through. This is what Attorney Dillman brings to every client meeting she is involved in. Attorney Dillman also practices in the area of Family Law, Guardianships, Probate Administration and Litigation. She also has vast litigation and appellate experience by leading numerous bench and jury trials, court hearings and appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court and 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
