With more than 21 years experience practicing law in Arizona, Karen Richman provides legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Trusts and Wills. Karen obtained both her JD and her Bachelors degree from Arizona State University, and has been a resident of the Phoenix metropolitan area since 1989. In 2010, she opened her office as a solo attorney, after previous employment with the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office, Office of the Arizona Attorney General, and State Bar of Arizona. Estate Planning: Karen Richman provides the highest quality of legal representation in the area of asset protection and estate planning, including wills and trusts. She maintains a strong commitment to serving her clients in planning their estate to ensure their intentions are honored, their loved ones receive the largest benefit possible, and their tax obligations are minimized. In working with her clients to do so, she evaluates the appropriateness of a variety of estate planning tools, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills, to determine what will best effectuate their goals. Karen Richman is also a volunteer with Wills for Heroes where she provides free estate planning legal services to first responder personnel in Arizona.
