I began my career in science. I have a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology and I have worked as a research assistant at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and as a senior research associate at the University of California Los Angeles. While in law school, I clerked at an Elder Law firm which focused on Medicaid Qualification, Probate, Guardianships and Estate Planning. I graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon where I received Honors in Legal Writing and Analysis and was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. I was a regional alternate for the ABA Negotiation Competition Moot Court team and am a proud member of the 2012 Lewis & Clark Intramural Basketball Championship team. When I am not working, I enjoy basketball, hiking with my dog, Kobe, and spending time with my wife and fellow law partner, Tori. I hope to one day add cooking to my list of hobbies.
