He demonstrated his leadership abilities by chairing the real estate law committee during the 2005/2006 term and serving as associate general counsel for the association in 2006/2007. His professional affiliations extend to the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association, where he has previously held positions in the Young Lawyers Section and various committees focused on professional responsibility and trial techniques. Beyond his legal career, John is deeply involved in the Wheaton community as a past President and director of the Wheaton Lions Club.
