John is the founder of the Minneapolis employment and civil rights litigation firm of John A. Klassen, P.A. He received law degrees from the University of British Columbia (1992) and Seattle University (1993). John represents clients throughout the United States in harassment and discrimination, False Claims Act/Qui Tam, whistleblower, and employment contract claims. John also consults with employees regarding severance and non-competition agreements. His cases have received local, national and international press coverage, including stories by The New York Times, The Washington Post and the International Herald Tribune. Past victories include million dollar range results for clients in harassment and age discrimination cases. John is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
