Jennifer B. Milak is a seasoned trial attorney at Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina, specializing in healthcare law, insurance, and medical malpractice. With extensive experience representing clients in numerous trials across the state, she adeptly defends cases involving product liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice, including actions against governmental entities. Jennifer is also committed to protecting the interests of healthcare and mental healthcare providers, representing them before their licensing boards. Jennifer's legal practice encompasses matters in North Carolina’s Superior Courts, all three Federal District Courts in North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating magna cum laude from North Carolina State University, and subsequently received her Juris Doctor degree, also magna cum laude, from Campbell University School of Law.
