About
Jason has been an attorney with Green, Bryant & French, LLP since 2012. His practice centers on representing injured plaintiffs in tort litigation, focusing primarily on elder/nursing home abuse, catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and financial elder abuse cases. Jason also practices extensively in teh areas of probate and trust litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jason's practice focused on litigation of insurance claims, including construction defect, employment law, and personal injury matters. In 2002, Jason completed his undergraduate education at the California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, obtaining his Bachelor degree in Business Administration, with a dual concentration in management and marketing. He was an active member of the Cal Poly chapter of the American Marketing Association, and served on the board as chapter representative to the AMA national conference. Following graduation, Jason worked in the private sector for several years before attending law school. Jason obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2007. While enrolled, he was named to the Dean’s list, was a board member with the Entertainment & Sports Law Society, and participated in the international law program in Prague, Czech Republic, and London, England. Mr. Julius is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Consumer Attorneys of California. Currently he is an active member of CASD's awards committee. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
