We’re proud to announce that Jason Shore, divorce, family and immigration lawyer, joined Stern Perkoski Mendez as Partner on May 1, 2022. Jason brings more than a decade of immigration law and divorce experience to our firm, as well as a wealth of knowledge to our clients. As a compassionate advocate, he focuses on ensuring children’s best interest in both family and immigration law cases. Jason also works as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and provides recommendations to the Court for minor children during parentage (formerly known as custody) cases. Jason recognizes that when people contact Stern Perkoski Mendez to dissolve their marriage, it’s not just a legal issue—but also a personal challenge. He’s a careful listener who is committed to understanding your situation and ensuring that you understand every step of the legal process as you separate from your spouse. An expert immigration attorney and strong believer in immigrant rights, Jason also works with clients to obtain the documentation needed to live and work in the United States—including H1B, O-1 and F1 visas. His compassion and determination, along with his fluency in Spanish, make him an asset to each of his immigration clients.
