Gibeault Cooper Creson is a seasoned trial attorney based in Tennessee, specializing in contract disputes, medical malpractice, personal injury, and general practice litigation. With extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, Gibeault has skillfully handled a diverse array of cases, including complex contract disputes, constitutional rights litigation, real property disputes, and shareholder derivative suits. A proud native of Memphis, Gibeault graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, where he also earned membership in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He further advanced his education at Vanderbilt Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 2013 and being inducted into the Order of the Coif for his academic excellence. While at Vanderbilt, Gibeault received the VLS Scholastic Excellence Award in multiple subjects, including Securities Regulation and Professional Responsibility, and served as President of the Honor Council. Gibeault is actively involved in the legal community, holding memberships in the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. He currently contributes to the Nashville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Board and the Children’s Kindness Network Board of Directors.
