About

Eugene P. “Bo” Chambers, Jr. is a distinguished attorney based in Delaware, known for his unwavering commitment to advocating for injured individuals and their families. A graduate of the University of Georgia Law School, Bo embarked on a legal career that initially focused on building a successful insurance defense practice over a span of 20 years. His extensive experience in this arena provided him with invaluable insights into the complexities of insurance law and the defense strategies employed by large firms. However, Bo's true passion emerged as he transitioned to representing those affected by medical malpractice. This shift marked a pivotal moment in his career, allowing him to leverage his background to fight for justice on behalf of clients facing significant challenges. In 2000, Bo and five fellow attorneys, sharing a vision of dedicated client advocacy, left the insurance defense firm he had founded to establish Chambers, Aholt & Rickard, LLP. This new venture allowed them to focus on a mission that resonates deeply with Bo: providing compassionate and skilled legal representation for those who have suffered due to the negligence of others. In 2013, Bo further solidified his commitment to this cause by relocating to Decatur with his current partner, where they continue to champion the rights of individuals and families impacted by harm. Bo's expertise in medical malpractice litigation, combined with his extensive background in insurance law, positions him as a formidable advocate, driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of his clients.
