Eric R. Holway is a seasoned attorney and partner at Dickinson Prud’Homme Holway Hoffman, LLP, based in Denver, Colorado. With years of experience as a civil litigator, Mr. Holway has honed his expertise in medical malpractice defense, hospital defense, insurance defense and subrogation, as well as personal injury defense. He has successfully represented healthcare providers throughout Colorado, navigating complex legal actions and advocating for their interests with tenacity and skill. A graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, Mr. Holway distinguished himself by earning the CALI Award of Excellence in Intellectual Property and securing membership in the prestigious Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. He also contributed to the legal community as a member of the Honors Council during his time at law school. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Holway earned his Bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College and built a strong foundation in business as a Senior Credit Manager for Wells Fargo Financial and a Contract Negotiator for United Launch Alliance. In addition to his extensive legal practice, Mr. Holway is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
