That aside, I am a lawyer in Charleston SC and adjunct professor at the Charleston Law School, Unlike most lawyers, I actually try jury trials on a regular basis. I have written five books on evidence and trial procedure. In connection with my suits against car dealers, I was honored as Super Lawyers' Charleston Lawyer of the Year in Banking and Finance.
