With over two decades of legal expertise, Don is dedicated to advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. His commitment to holding wrongdoers accountable drives his relentless pursuit of justice for his clients. Beginning his legal career at a prominent Atlanta law firm, Don represented various defendants, including truck manufacturers, railroad companies, and insurance firms. This invaluable experience provided him with unique insights into the defensive strategies employed by these entities, which he now leverages to benefit the victims he represents. His comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape allows him to effectively navigate cases involving auto accidents, trucking incidents, product liability, and medical malpractice, among others. Don has successfully tried cases in both federal and state courts, including notable arguments before the Supreme Court of Georgia. He has also served as a Special Master appointed by the Georgia Supreme Court in attorney disciplinary matters. His academic achievements include being a member of the Georgia Law Review and the Order of the Coif, as well as holding leadership roles in the Moot Court Board during law school. Outside of his legal practice, Don is actively engaged in civic and charitable organizations and resides in Sugar Hill, Georgia, with his family, where they are involved members of Saint Columba’s Episcopal Church.
