About

My practice focuses on civil litigation and employment law. Practicing in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, I maintain a diverse civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, products liability, and real property disputes. My employment law practice includes representing clients in discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims before state administrative commissions and in state and federal courts. I also regularly advise clients on wage and hour laws, employment contracts, terminations, and discrimination matters. I serve on the Town of Cape Elizabeth's Personnel Board of Appeals, a three person quasi-judicial Board that reviews appeals of Town employee disciplinary actions and serve as a Director and Officer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the York County Federal Credit Union. I am a member of the Maine State and Cumberland County Bar Associations as well as the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. I participate in the Employment Law Section and Women’s Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association.
