Mr. Isaacson is an associate in Davis Polk Wardwell's Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2005. Mr. Isaacson graduated, summa cum laude, from Princeton University in 2001 and in 2004 received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was senior editor of the Yale Law Journal. He clerked for the Honorable Leonard B. Sand, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 2004 to 2005. He is admitted to the bar of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is proficient in German. Mr. Isaacson is the author of Correcting Anomalies in the United States Law of Citizenship by Descent, 47 Ariz L. Rev. 315 (2005).
