Damian NoOneElse is a family and housing law attorney with over a decade of nonprofit legal service before co-founding NoOneElse Law PLLC in 2025. His practice centers survivors of domestic violence and clients facing housing instability, providing litigation and advocacy in family law, eviction defense, custody, and consumer matters. At the Northwest Justice Project, Damian advised and represented clients in family law, housing, debt, and reentry support, to help survivors navigate complex systems and stabilize their lives. Prior his work at NJP, at TeamChild, he led the Juvenile Institutions and Reentry Project, representing incarcerated youth, developing community partnerships, and organizing record-sealing clinics. Earlier in his career, at Innocence Project Northwest, Damian specialized in wrongful conviction appeals, contributing to the release of a man wrongfully imprisoned for 16 years. Damian is also deeply experienced in fulfilling complex government-funded legal aid contracts, including those with NJP, OCLA, the Washington State Department of Commerce, and the Department of Families, Youth, and Children. His background includes reporting, contract compliance, program development, and building accountability systems. In addition, he is a frequent trainer and clinician, developing know-your- rights programs and speaking at conferences on equity, poverty, and adaptive leadership. Damian approaches every case with empathy and clarity, ensuring clients feel empowered and respected while navigating the legal system
