CHRISTOPHER L. LOW is a shareholder with ABENDROTH AND RUSSELL LAW FIRM. Chris focuses his practice on creditor's remedies, debt collection, and litigation. Chris provides comprehensive representation to credit card companies; credit unions, national, state, and local banks; businesses supplying goods and services; auto-financing companies; hospitals, medical clinics; law offices; and debt purchasers to enforce and collect on accounts in default. Chris also represents creditors (secured and unsecured) in bankruptcy proceedings. He advises clients on issues related to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Iowa Consumer Credit Code. Chris received his B.A. from the University of Iowa in 1998 and his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2001. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), and treasurer for the Iowa Creditor's Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Iowa, Wisconsin and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Iowa.
