About

Mr. Knight's practice focuses on civil litigation, transportation law, property matters and construction law. Chad represents national transportation companies in the railroad and trucking industries in Federal Employers´ Liability Act (FELA) cases, grade crossing accidents (initial response, investigation and litigation), highway traffic accident investigation and defense, contract litigation, property disputes, and quiet title actions. Chad applies his extensive construction and real estate experience in representing contractors and developers in construction defect litigation, premises liability defense, and contract negotiation and drafting. Chad's trial experience has produced a successful record of defense verdicts in state and federal courts, and includes difficult wrongful-death jury trials.
