Brian is an attorney in our Kansas City office. Since 2007 he has specialized in insurance defense and railroad litigation. He has diverse experience in defending clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, breach of commercial contract, construction defect. He has also successfully represented railroad clients in cases involving grade crossing accident, train derailment, and Federal Employers Act (FELA) litigation. Before becoming an attorney, Brian was a certified public accountant for 11 years, working as an auditor, cost accounting manager, and controller for companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Michael’s Stores, and ConAgra Foods.
