Brandon Thomas Bybee is a dedicated attorney based in Norfolk, Virginia, with a profound commitment to serving the community. A native Virginian, Brandon developed a strong affinity for the Hampton Roads area during his undergraduate studies. His career path initially led him to the field of sales; however, his passion for justice and advocacy prompted him to pursue a legal education at the prestigious University of Richmond School of Law. While at Richmond, Brandon distinguished himself as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Technology and held the position of President of the Moot Court Board. He also contributed to the Trial Advocacy Board and enhanced his legal education with an enriching summer program at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University. These experiences honed his analytical skills and deepened his understanding of complex legal issues. Brandon’s practical experience includes an impactful internship at a respected regional law firm, where he subsequently served as an Associate. His career took a pivotal turn when he recognized his true calling lay in advocating for employees, plaintiffs, and small businesses. Today, Brandon specializes in employment law, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases, passionately working to protect the rights of injured individuals and their families. Outside of his legal practice, Brandon enjoys quality time with his wife, Ruth, and their three children, who have already developed a keen interest in legal matters at a young age. The family also shares their home with their beloved pets, Moose, Thor, and Darkwing.
