About

Beth Bloom has dedicated her career to restoring justice for employees. She is the principal attorney and managing shareholder of Bloom Law PLLC. Beth has had a successful career to date including several multimillion-dollar jury verdicts for employees fired because of discrimination and retaliation. Her practice areas include employment discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and breach of contract. Her goal is to help her clients acheive justice through jury trials and help create lasting change by making discrimination and retaliation in the workplace unprofitable for businesses. Beth has received many honors for her work, including being named perennially as a “Washington Super Lawyer” in plaintiff’s employment litigation. Beth is honored as one of the top 100 Trial Lawyers and Women Lawyers in Washington. Bloom Law has been named a Tier 1 firm in Seattle for Litigation – Labor and Employment and Employment Law – Individuals by U.S. News Best Law Firms® and Beth has also received individual Best Lawyers® recognition for her outstanding work. She regularly teaches trial advocacy and employment law at legal seminars. Beth received her law degree from New York University School of Law. She is a former federal district court law clerk in the Southern District of New York in Manhattan. In 2001, she returned to her hometown of Seattle, Washington. On her days off, Beth enjoys time outside with her family and friends, especially paddling the many lakes and rivers of beautiful Washington. She also loves to travel. Her favorite food is chicken tacos.
