About
Since being admitted to the bar in 1995, I have limited my practice to complex civil litigation. My primary area of practice is defending employers against claims by job applicants and employees of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal and state law before courts and administrative agencies. I also speak and write regularly on employment related issues and have a blog for managers entitled The Washington Job Law Blog. I also litigate other types of complex commercial claims, including environmental claims and professional liability claims.
