About
Bartley Hagerman focuses on insurance litigation, with an emphasis on disability insurance, personal injury, and homeowner’s claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hagerman served as Law Clerk for Fayette County Circuit Court Judge Thomas L. Clark. Mr. Hagerman graduated cum laude from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in May 2011, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Environmental Law and Land Use Society. During his third year, Mr. Hagerman volunteered as a student teacher in the Central High School Partnership, teaching a nationwide legal curriculum to Central High Law Magnet sophomores. Mr. Hagerman’s undergraduate studies were completed at Miami University of Ohio, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business.
