Barry Wolinetz has been practicing law for over 40 years. After participating in the Master’s program in the Political Science department at The Ohio State University, Mr. Wolinetz received his Juris Doctor from The Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 1971. Prior to establishing Wolinetz Law Offices in 2005, Mr. Wolinetz was an associate and later partner at three other firms. Mr. Wolinetz has tried virtually every type of civil case, including high profile divorce matters, Civil RICO, Federal Security Litigation, Federal and Tax Court matters, real estate matters, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, dischargeability issues in bankruptcy court and insurance related controversies. Mr. Wolinetz has been designated a “Super Lawyer” for the past 11 years in a row and practices general litigation, with a focus on domestic relations and business law. He is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, as has been admitted to practice in several other states and jurisdictions on a limited basis. Barry is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which represents the highest level of professional excellence as rated by his peers.
