Mr. Ahmad has over 20 years of legal experience in federal and state litigation, as well as in the fields of immigration law, federal criminal defense and appellate litigation. He has tried over 50 cases (section 1983, as well as Title IV claims, and criminal defense), employment law. He has also briefed and argued appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mr. Ahmad handles all aspects of immigration law, including bond hearings, masters and merits hearing, representing clients facing removal proceedings, including those with criminal convictions. He has supervised the preparation of hundreds of relative petitions, fiancé visas, student visas, visitor visas, work permits, green card applications, and citizenship applications. He also prepares applications for deferral of removal, political asylum, 601 waivers, 212 waivers, stateside processing, consular processing, and cases before the National Visa Center.
