Her commitment to understanding and addressing the specific needs of families sets her apart in the legal community. She also lends her expertise as a Court-Appointed Mediator for the Pilot Economic Mediation Program in Morris County and contributes to the Early Settlement Program’s Blue Ribbon Panel. Her volunteer work extends to local Women’s Centers, where she provides support and resources to families in need. A passionate advocate for adoption, Attorney Edens draws from her own experiences as an adoptee and a mother of two through adoption. She is recognized as a recommended attorney by the esteemed Spence-Chapin Adoption Agency in New York City, further demonstrating her deep commitment to helping families grow through adoption, whether domestically, through foster care, or internationally. Outside of her legal responsibilities, Attorney Edens and her firm are dedicated to community service, participating in initiatives such as the Non-Profit Grow-a-Row, where they glean apples for the hungry, and the SPEAK 5K, raising awareness about domestic violence. Her involvement in the legal community includes service on the Ethics Committee and as a past chair of the Ethics Fee Arbitration Committee, underscoring her dedication to maintaining the integrity of the legal profession. With a profound understanding of family law and a heartfelt commitment to her clients, Attorney Ann Margot Edens is a trusted ally for those navigating the adoption process and other family-related legal matters in New Jersey.
