Ann Heacox Rosato is a seasoned attorney based in Seattle, Washington, specializing in insurance, personal injury, and medical negligence litigation. A proud northwest native, Ann grew up in Gig Harbor and earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Washington in 1997. Her academic journey included an enriching study abroad experience in Siena, Italy, followed by extensive travels across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Ann graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law in 2002, launching her legal career at an insurance defense litigation firm. There, she honed her skills in personal injury, medical negligence, and construction accident cases, laying a solid foundation for her future in law. In 2005, Ann shifted her focus to plaintiff’s trial work and joined Peterson Wampold Rosato Feldman Luna (PWRLK), where she currently focuses on litigation and trial work in personal injury and medical and dental negligence cases, along with some insurance coverage matters. An active member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), Ann has contributed her expertise by serving on the Board of Governors for a decade.
