Amber Eck chairs Zeldes Haeggquist & Eck’s Securities Litigation practice group and has been litigating securities and derivative litigation, consumer fraud class actions and employment cases for the past 22 years. Most recently, she was co-lead class counsel representing a widespread class of consumers against Donald Trump and Trump University which settled for $25 million, with class members estimated to receive an incredible 9pp0% percent recovery of the value of their claims. Amber is a member of the Class Action Preservation Project Committee for the Public Justice Foundation, a Master in the Louis M. Welsh American Inn of Court, Sustaining Member of Lawyers Club, and last year was a finalist for San Diego Magazine’s Woman Of The Year, and nominated for the National Association of Women Business Owners' Woman Business Owner Of The Year award.
