Between 2018 and 2021, she balanced her role as a litigation paralegal during the day with her legal studies at the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in May 2021. Her academic excellence was recognized with the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in her Torts class. During her time at Boyd, she also gained valuable experience as a Capital Habeas Extern for the Federal Public Defender in the District of Nevada, honing her legal skills and deepening her understanding of complex legal issues. A proud resident of Las Vegas since childhood, Amanda holds an undergraduate degree in Communication from Southern Utah University, which she completed in 2014. She graduated with Advanced Honors from Bonanza High School in 2011, laying the groundwork for her future academic and professional achievements. Outside of her legal practice, Amanda enjoys a fulfilling personal life. She and her husband share their home with two Great Danes and enjoy adventurous weekends off-roading in their Jeep. An avid traveler, Amanda has explored a myriad of countries, including Swaziland, South Africa, Greece, Sweden, Paris, London, Peru, and Mexico, and she aims to sample Oreos from every nation she visits. Amanda is licensed to practice law in all state courts of Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, both since 2021.
