Mr. Richardson is one of a few attorneys in Las Vegas with extensive litigation experience and expertise in probate, trust and guardianship matters, and in particular, elder competency and undue influence situations, financial exploitation of the elderly, disinheritance, transfers of titles, validity of wills, and prosecuting or defending claims of breach of duties by executors, guardians or trustees. He has represented numerous automobile and recreational vehicle dealerships in administrative matters, franchise disputes and lemon law claims. Mr. Richardson began his legal career as a police legal advisor and assistant city attorney in Overland Park, Kansas, and later moved to Las Vegas where he served as chief of the fraud division for the Clark County District Attorneys Office. Mr. Richardson has served as lecturer for the National Business Institute and the Las Vegas Metro Police Department’s Police Academy.
