Alex Gregory Isbell is a distinguished attorney and founding partner at Palladino, Isbell, and Casazza, LLC, with offices in Philadelphia and Media, PA. Before co-founding his current firm, Mr. Isbell was instrumental in establishing Solow, Isbell & Palladino LLC, a premier immigration law firm in the Delaware Valley. His extensive background includes serving as a senior attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in suburban Philadelphia, where he began his legal career as a law clerk in 2004. He has successfully represented individuals in immigration court and before USCIS on various matters, including asylum claims, adjustment of status, and cancellation of removal. His adept handling of appellate immigration cases encompasses appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, the USCIS Administrative Appeals Office, and multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals. Mr. Isbell is committed to assisting individuals and corporations in securing non-immigrant employment-based immigration benefits, such as H-1B and O-1 visas, as well as navigating complex F-1 student visa issues. He has a proven track record of helping clients achieve permanent residency through the EB-1 and EB-2 processes. Mr. Isbell earned his J.D. from Villanova University in 2005, where he was a member of the Environmental Law Journal and the CARES clinic, providing pro bono legal assistance.
