Adam D. Martinez is a real estate litigation attorney at Martinez Law, P.L.C., a real estate law firm, serving not only the Phoenix and Scottsdale communities, but also all other Arizona communities. Adam is an experienced litigator and handles all types of real estate issues. Adam also handles real estate and business transactions, business litigation, and wills, trusts, and probate matters. Adam is experienced in appellate matters and argues appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals. Adam regularly speaks and writes on real estate legal issues. Adam is a former Hotline Attorney for the AAR Legal Hotline, which provides real time advice regarding real estate law and risk management to designated members of the AAR. Adam is also a mediator and arbitrator for the AAR Dispute Resolution System.
