Zachary M. Mandell is an accomplished attorney with a focus on complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He also handles cases involving liquor liability, wrongful death, and various mass torts. A dedicated advocate for his clients, Attorney Mandell brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. He graduated cum laude from Clemson University in 2008 and earned his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2011, where he was an active member of the law review and participated in the honors program. A Rhode Island native, he completed his secondary education at The Wheeler School in 2004. Attorney Mandell is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Association for Justice, where he holds the position of Secretary/Treasurer and has contributed as the CLE Chairman for the past two years. In addition to his state-level commitments, he is a member of the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice, the largest trial lawyers' organization in the nation, and serves on its Membership Oversight Committee. Attorney Mandell is also on the editorial board for the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and recently participated in the 20th anniversary committee for Roger Williams School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as in the United States District Courts for both states and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
