About
Young Ah Ri is a 2005 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Microbiology from Sogang University in Korea. Young concentrates in immigration practice, such as family-based immigration, national visa waiver, employer-sponsored immigration, naturalization, non-immigrant visa (H-1B, L-1, F-1), deferred action for childhood arrival and EB-5 investor immigration. With her science background, she has assisted many researchers and professors for NIW and EB-1(a) cases as well. Young is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Young is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a national bar association comprised of practitioners and legal scholars dedicated to immigration and nationality law. Her clients come from every corner of the globe, nearly 30 counties in all, from Turkey, Russia and Ghana, to Japan, Spain and France. She is fluent in English, Korean and Japanese.
