Yael Mandel works on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions for property owners, purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants. Yael negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, leases, and various related documents. She is experienced in all types of commercial properties from office, retail, and residential properties to mixed-use facilities for clients of all sizes in New York City and throughout the country. Collaborative, efficient and effective, Yael is a valued member of Olshan’s Real Estate Group. Before joining Olshan, Yael was an associate in the real estate group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
