About
After law school, Wyatt served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Terri J. Stoneburner at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where he worked with appellate judges creating bench memos and draft opinions. While earning his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, he was an editor of the Law Review and co-director of the school's mentoring program. Wyatt's William Mitchell Law Review article, Reviving Mutuality: Restricting the Application of Defensive Collateral Estoppel - State v. Lemmer, was presented at the annual Cases You Need to Know Symposium. In his free time, Wyatt is a volunteer tennis coach for the Minneapolis InnerCity Tennis program.
