About
As a Member of the Catholic Church and a husband of 20 years and a father of 4, I have devoted my legal practice to assisting families in the estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, adoption, guardianship as well as general civil areas for more than 18 years. I assist families in these areas in Montgomery, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Greene, Preble and Warren Counties. I also assist disabled veterans in Montgomery and Greene Counties (Ohio) as well as the States of Michigan, West Virginia, Kentucky, Nevada, and Florida. I recieved a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration at the Univeristy of Kentucky. (1994) I obtained my Juris Doctorate at the University of Dayton School of Law (1997).
