William M. Tiano (Bar No. 4308), admitted to the State Bar in 1986, is an accomplished trial lawyer whose practice emphasizes client-centered advocacy and accountability for negligent conduct. After undergraduate studies at Marshall University, he received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and is admitted to West Virginia state and federal courts as well as the Fourth Circuit.
