About
William J. McKee graduated from the Villanova Law School and began practicing for Wausau Insurance in Western Pennsylvania, after completing his degree in classical languages from Villanova University. Upon his return to Eastern Pennsylvania, Mr. McKee was a litigator at the law firm of LaBrum & Doak for twelve years prior to becoming staff counsel with CNA Insurance, one of the largest Workers’ Compensation insurers in the country. Mr. McKee has lectured extensively throughout the Commonwealth for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He has taught numerous courses on Workers’ Compensation and Legal Ethics, and has also served as a course planner for PBI. He has served as a member of the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section, and has authored articles that have appeared in the Pennsylvania Law Journal-Reporter, which were cited favorably by the Commonwealth Court in a number of decisions. Mr. McKee has been an invited lecturer for the Philadelphia, Berks, Lancaster, and Allegheny County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He has achieved an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America.
