William Bliss Hicky is a distinguished attorney based in Nashville, Tennessee, known for his unwavering commitment to business litigation and his extensive legal acumen. A proud West Tennessee native, William was born and raised in Memphis, where he developed a strong foundation for his career in law. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2003, achieving honors as a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and securing a place on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll. He further honed his expertise by obtaining his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006. Admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts of Tennessee, including the Federal Bankruptcy Courts, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States, William brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.
