William Andrew Parry, affectionately known as Bill, is a dedicated criminal defense attorney based in Hanford, California, and the proud founder of the William Parry Law Office. As the only attorney in Kings County who focuses exclusively on criminal defense, Bill has been a steadfast advocate for his clients since 1999. He graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno in 1995 and went on to earn his law degree from San Joaquin College of Law in 1998, where he was a Law Review member and a two-time recipient of the Leon S. Peters Leadership Award. His professional journey includes serving as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Visalia and as a criminal defense litigator at esteemed law firms, where he honed his litigation skills and developed a reputation for excellence. Beyond his legal practice, Bill remains deeply committed to his community. He has served on the board of directors for the Kings County Fair since 2003, appointed first by Governor Gray Davis and later reappointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He has also been a board member of the Lemoore High School Foundation for Educational Excellence since 2005, supporting scholarships and academic initiatives for his alma mater. Bill’s leadership extends to the Kings County Bar Association, where he served four consecutive terms as president, and he is the current president of the Lemoore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In recognition of his contributions, Bill was inducted into the Lemoore High School Hall of Fame in 2011 and named one of Fresno State’s "100 Most Distinguished Alumni."
