I have practiced law for over 30 years. I have substantial experience in business law, contracts, intellectual property law, employment law and mergers and acquisitions law. I am an active litigator with pending cases in state and federal courts located in California and Utah. I have handled intellectual property cases, real property cases, commercial ligation, employment matters and contract disputes. I am also active in entertainment law. I draft production, distribution, sale, license and other enterntainment agreements. I also litigate entertainment disputes relating to film,television and streaming services productions. I have done both smaller and larger deals. I am currently litigating a trade secret case in the Southern District of California and a breach of contract claim for a movie in the District Courts of Utah.
